Investors are accepted into Ignition Cloud membership on an invite only, private basis.
Invitations are extended to successful entrepreneurs, wealth creators, energetic angel investors, and others that mesh with our culture of Growth First, Entrepreneur Always.
The Ignition Cloud Network (ICN) services members from across the nation, providing connections with other investors as well as entrepreneurs and industry leaders. Our members learn from one another and support each other through ICN Member Forums and Events. ICN members discover, connect, coach, share experiences, and wisdom with other like-minded investors to expand their network and wealth.
The ICN Community includes accredited investors and entrepreneurs with a wide range of backgrounds: CEOs, entrepreneurs, strategists and more.... They apply this considerable experience to assist profiled companies with business strategy and execution.
Members meet monthly to review opportunities and to share due diligence and determine next steps.
The process is simple, but first we like to ensure that there are connections to our existing investors before we consider extending a new invitation.

MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS
- Accredited Investor ($1M in networth and $200K in annual income ($300K for couple))
- Gain Member Nomination and Sponsorship by 2 additional Members.
- Commitment to pay Membership Dues and attend 1 Major Event per year.
